The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. So far, some of us made it through the rona, wildfires, protests, hurricanes/tropical storms and a hosts of other catastrophes to get to autumn apology from Ellen DeGeneres. The Suspected white supremacist and longtime daytime talk show host was accused of operating a "toxic" and "racist" work environment. She returned to the camera for her latest season, and offered another round of lame White apologies. Coincidentally, DeGeneres is openly "gay" and promotes anti-sexual conduct, and this very week, the Harvard Business Review devoted an entire segment to promoting a "trans-inclusive" work environment. I'm not sure White people have ever devoted serious time and energy to creating a "black-inclusive" work environment. We'll continue to address how to make your work environment as safe as possible during the coronavirus pandemic.
