The C.O.W.S. Dr. Gerald Horne's Paul Robeson: The Artist As Revolutionary Part 7 (Conclusion)
The Context of White Supremacy hosts our 7th and final study session on Dr. Gerald Horne's biography, Paul Robeson: The Artist As Revolutionary. Dr. Horne holds the Moores Professorship of History and African American Studies at the University of Houston. He's authored a bounty of texts and articles that detail what Racism/White Supremacy is and how it operates globally. His 2016 treatment of Robeson chronicles the latter's illustrious achievements as a linguist, scholar, athlete and entertainer. Robeson used the his enormous bounty of talent to address the problem of Racism. Last week's installment provided even more evidence of the FBI's extensive targeting of Robeson. He was essentially tracked for the duration of his adult life, and Dr. Horne documented the numerous times Robeson was called before the U.S. Congress to refute charges of misconduct. Although never charged with a crime, Robeson's passport was revoked and he was talked about like a rogue. His health and finances deteriorated greatly as a result. #ReadingIsMoreImportantThanWatchingTelevision INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#
