Either because they think you deserve more history, you deserve more punishment, or because they are fed up with each other interrupting every time they get into a flow on the main podcast episodes, Jem and Greg have decided to launch an additional short podcast episode each week!

Each week, one of the two will take just five minutes to talk about whatever historical topic is on their mind that week - and to kick it off in the right spirit, Jem starts off thinking about whether history repeats itself. Should Hitler have learned from Napoleon? Did the Americans forget the War of Independence in the Vietnam War? Is it easier to talk about both without Greg trying to shoehorn in a story about Houdini?

He may be surprised next week to find that it does, because if Greg's previous form on homework is anything to go by, he will just copy Jem's work!
