We're nearing the end of our Bill of Rights and Responsibilities series with a rowdy discussion of the 7th, 8th and 9th Amendments.  Is the death penalty ever justified?  Why not pillory small time offenders in the town square?  Is waterboarding torture?  Dan, J.T. and the ghost of Christopher Hitchens are eager to vent on those questions and more!

Our featured drink for this episode is the Chicago Cocktail.  To make one at home, pour 2 0z. of cognac or brandy, 1 oz. of triple sec and a few dashes of bitters over ice in a rocks glass.  Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
