Nick and Brian start the show by diving into Brian growing up in Zimbabwe, and how his accomplishments with track originally brought him to the United States. They talk about what it was like when he first arrived in America, and how his track career fueled and assisted his education. Nick talks about the pressure and fortitude that it takes to compete in something where split seconds can determine your success, and Brian talks about what it meant to him when he was able to be a flag bearer for his country at the Olympics. They two discuss how he was able to plan for life after track, why he was interested in accounting, and what led to him co-founding his company. As the show comes to a close Brian shares with us why he wants to help athletes learn financial literacy through their company, and the two contemplate over the idea of finding your own rhythm on the way to finding your top speed.
