Paraag is the Executive Vice President of Football Operations and the President of 49ers Enterprises for the San Francisco 49ers, and he has also been the Leeds United Vice Chairman since 2018. Paraag starts the show talking about his long career in the sports world, and how he grew up close to where the 49ers play. Nick asks about the balance between working in the American Football and traditional Football worlds, and some of the lessons that Paraag learned on his journey into both of the industries. The two dive into the details of communicating with the athletes, dealing with injuries on the team, and Paraag offers his advice for someone trying to break into the professional sports world on the business side.
