To start the show they begin talking about Zaza’s early introduction into the idea of being a professional basketball player at a young age, and what his first big business endeavor was while playing in the NBA. Nick asks about Zaza’s process when he is first becoming interested in an idea and needs to see if it's a good opportunity for him. They also talk about the best way to gain an athlete's trust and attention when proposing an idea or opportunity to them. Zaza talks about how the locker room has changed today since his time playing and how players today are thinking about their future outside of the league more than they used to.
