Chris is a lot of things; hes a filmmaker, political activist, a (failed) political candidate, a Cannabis dispensary owner, and most recently, the owner of the Patterson Inn in Denver, Colorado, which he hopes will become one of the first public places in Denver where you can legally smoke weed. This is a great conversation about the politics of drug reform, the racial implications of our current drug policies, and some ideas about what it takes to enact real social change.
