A panel of experts will discuss the complex array of environmental and economic-development issues surrounding the evolution of the Carlisle area as a major logistics center with the associated construction of mega-warehouses and the concentration of truck traffic. Panelists include George Pomeroy, professor, Shippensburg University; Kirk Stoner, director of planning, Cumberland County; Nathan Wolf, attorney, Wolf & Wolf; and John Henson, moderator, professor, Dickinson College.
