Food trucks and beer seem to go together nearly perfectly. We’ve talked about this combo in the past as much as we can from the perspective of drinkers, and we’ve definitely talked to some of our brewery friends about the good (and sometimes not so good) side of the pairing as well... but this week we get the chance to really dive into how it works from the perspective of the food trucks.
We met up with good friend Chef Tony from Brew City Sausage, and Grist Bistro at the newly opened Cove Food Park where alongside his fellow Queen City Mobile Food Truck Association members AJs Cheeseteak and Stellar Street Eats to talk all things beer, food trucks and the food park. It’s a food truck party!
