There are many aspects to what makes up a brewery like Streetside.  It's extremely hard to narrow their "beer personality" down to a particular category because they are nailing so many different sides so well.  This week's show focuses on one that I have fallen in love with, though - their sour side.  Garrett and Luke graciously sat down with me after a long work day to crack open a few bottles, and explore some of the fun projects that they've been working on to give us a little glimpse at the sour side of Streetside.  I wanted to explore not just the beers that they've got coming out soon, but the idea behind sour beer... why would you bother with something so unpredictable?  Of course we'll take a look at some of the roads that the brewery is getting ready to head down too, and give you a little glimpse behind the curtain of this amazing brewery!
