This week, Tommy spoke on James 1 and how going through trials produces faith and endurance.  Although it can be easy to want to give up when we face troubles, James reminds us that God uses the trials in our lives to cause us to fully rely on Him for everything!  As a single Christian, it is important to trust the LORD during any trial that comes your way believing that He will use the experience to prepare you for a future relationship!  James says:

“Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. ^ For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. ^ So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” -James 1:2-4
