In this episode, Laurie is interviewed by Annie Jones, CCLS. Laurie is a wife, mom, and advocate. She talks about her daughter's life with Down syndrome, the life-saving heart surgeries her daughter has gone through, and how she balances it all. Laurie has become an advocate for Emily and other kids with similar conditions and has engaged a wide range of followers who keep up with their family. Laurie is able to connect with other families going through similar situations and offers incredible advice.
