Michael Kramer: Examining the adverse outcomes of pre-term birth

Pediatrician and epidemiologist Michael Kramer studies the long-term effects of pre-term births, including by Caesarean section or induced labour, as well as other adverse pregnancy outcomes such as still births and infant mortality. He will oversee these types of important population health studies as the director for the Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre.
