Soon the hatchery supported waters will re-open and anglers will rejoice! On this segment of the Carolina Outdoors, Bill and Christopher touch base with Jacob Rash, the Coldwater Research Coordinator with the Inland Fisheries Division of the NC Wildlife Resources Commission (ncwildlife.org), to discuss all the ins and outs of this time of year. Either way, April 1st is coming and that is no April Fool’s Day joke!
