24 Hours of Booty with Course Marshall, Tom Pearman
Saddle up the pony called the Carolina Outdoors. This segment will cover a huge, charity event that is upcoming July 28-29, 2023, called the 24 Hours of Booty.
The 24 Hours of Booty operated by the 24Foundation began in 2002. It happens on the Booty Loop that includes Queens Road West & Hopedale Ave in the Myers Park neighborhood around Queens University.
Tom Pearman has been a participant in the fundraiser for decades but speaks on his transition into a first-year Course Marshall. His task will be making sure that all the participants are healthy and safe during the event. It is a volunteer position but helps the different levels and skill sets that are within the hundreds of riders that are participating.

Pearman also speaks on the community that rises up within vendors, food trucks, participants in the temporary, tent village, Bootyville.
The wardrobe worn by the host of the Carolina Outdoors was provided by the Patagonia store in Charlotte, Jesse Brown’s Outdoors.
