He’s also the founder of Qandor- which has brought us some pretty awesome apps on the AppExchange like Field Trip, Draggin’ Role, and Steam Role. If that wasn’t enough he’s also a multi-session presenter at Dreamforce, Salesforce, and force.comMVP, and is the co-leader of the Las Vegas Salesforce User group. In this episode we talk to Michael about how he evolved from being a Salesforce Admin, to Developer, to building super successful apps for the AppExchange, all the way to working with RingLead. We learn how he got started in Salesforce and why considers himself extra lucky for finding the platform early on. We have a great discussion about how Admins can move to a Developer role, what he thinks is important to learning code, and where to get started.
