Breathe Love & Magic

The Magic Of Breathing Love With Jennie Lee

October 14, 2021

In this episode of the Breathe Love & Magic podcast, I have a magical conversation about love and yoga with Jennie Lee, a multi award-winning author of three books, including Breathing Love. I was captivated by the title, given the title of my podcast and couldn’t wait to learn about what this meant!

Jennie has been a certified Yoga Therapist and Spiritual Coach for 20+ years and our conversation delved into what prompted her to write a book like this. We talked about the energy of Universal love, how to tap into it and why you’d want to, surrender, and daily practices.

Vulnerability came up and we both shared how we see that work with ourselves and our clients as a part of spiritual growth. We also touched on how to live from a place of love, and why love sometimes brings us to tears in a good way.

If love has been on your mind, you just don’t want to miss this episode! This is one of my favorite spiritual podcasts that also talks of love.
