The DuSable Bridge over the Chicago River at Michigan Avenue was fully lowered after being stuck open for more than an hour Wednesday morning because of an electrical problem following a regularly scheduled bridge lift. 'Big' John has some choice words for the bridge maintenance as well as some words for regular sailors that hang around Lake Michigan.
