Jamie Scrimgeour is a Life Coach with a Specialization in Stepfamily Dynamics, the host of the top charting podcast, The KICK-ASS Stepmom Podcast and creator of the The Exclusive Stepmom Community, an online membership for stepmoms who want to live a KICK-ASS Life. With a focus on personal development, mindset and playing the long game, Jamie has created the type of resources she needed when she became stepmom almost 10 years ago. She is on a mission to inspire women to be the expert on their own life and thrive amongst extra stress that comes with stepfamily life.

Jamie has a BA Honours in Psychology, a post grad in Social Service Work, and prior to becoming a Life Coach, she enjoyed a career in Child Protection. She is a stepmom of three and a mom of one.
