It’s not uncommon to find ourselves living in the past from time to time, I sometimes find myself doing it. Some people are captives of the past. They lack the power to push through the darkness of the past to the light of the present moment.

Others are captives of their past success but have nothing to celebrate currently. They spend most of their time dusting their past trophies that are hanging in their memory lane; others are in the grip of their past pain, rejection, anger, abuse, betrayal, and failure.
