For any of you who aren’t familiar with the Darwin Awards, here’s a little info. Charles Darwin was, and remains, one of the most influential people in history, most notably for his contributions to the science of evolution. The Darwin Awards are a tongue-in-cheek jab - a joke award - bestowed upon people who do stupid things resulting in their removal from the gene pool. This can be done either by dying or rendering oneself incapable of having children. After all, fewer dumb people makes for a better society. Amirite?
