10:14pm – Utah Embedded Correspondent and the owner of Salt City Barbecue, Rusty Monson, joins me to lead off the 2nd hour tonight. We have been visiting with Rusty over the past year getting updates with his growing food trailer business. Tonight we talk about the past 90 days, the most important things he has learned over the past 12 months, how to operate big events successfully and what makes a food truck/trailer good or bad.
