9:14pm – The 2nd Tuesday in April brings a visit from longtime recurring guest, Meathead from Amazingribs.com. Tonight, we recap our face to face meeting in the windy city last Thursday night, we will discuss Korean style BBQ and we will also get you up to speed on what drip pans and water pans do, but more importantly, what they DON’T do!

9:35pm – After Meathead, we are joined by the contributing editor to Southern Living Magazine, Robert Moss. Tonight Robert and I will preview the 2023 BBQ Hall of Fame, the changes that have been made and what the dates look like for the reveal of the 9 finalists and when the 3 finalists will be announced that make up this year’s class. As time allows, we will also get into the topic of “Brunswick Stew”.
