9:14pm – Leading off the show tonight, is the Weber Grills Grillmaster, Dustin Green. Last month we talked with Mike Lang about his experience with the new Weber Griddle but tonight we dive in-depth with Dustin to talk about how the griddle came to be, why it differs from others in the market and (maybe) we will learn if Weber plans any big releases for this summer grilling season.

9:35pm – We missed him last month, but the bristly BBQ journalist (Derrick Riches) is back and better than ever as we close out Q1 of 2023. Tonight we will play a new game called “Strong or Weak”. After that, we will cover a number of other topics to include upcoming trends for the 2023 grilling/bbq season.
