The BBQ Central Show
The Best Moments of The BBQ Central Show in 10 Minutes or Less
Episode 273
Taking you back to 3/22/2011 – Tom Gellert from a team called Ed-Que-Cators (Educators). The idea of this segment was having Tom do a review of cooking classes he had taken over the years (for example: The BBQ Guru, Pellet Envy, I Smell Smoke, Swamp Boys). It is important to remember that, back in 2011, one of the biggest things going on the competition circuit was the associated “cooking classes” where a pitmaster would hold a class for hundreds of dollars per student and give a no-holds barred class showing exactly what they do from start to finish. So we took his class experiences and broke them down to see what type of ROI he was getting from them. It’s a great interview so go back and grab the whole segment by using the link in the show notes when it posts Friday!
