We could easily go an hour (but we won’t) so I HOPE to discuss his getting into the rub market, if he thought that he would ever be a “products” person, what does he really think of the new Traeger products he got his hands on, some of his recent recipes and much more.

10:35pm – Coming out of the bullpen tonight is the owner of Combustion, Inc. Chris Young. Chris is releasing a new predictive thermometer that can run solely via the app without the need for the display, should you prefer it that way. We will talk about why this was made available, how the company is doing and we will also talk a bit about these smart oven he has been reviewing on his YouTube Channel recently.
