Taking you back to 3/8/2011 – In this Best Moments show we replay a portion of the first conversation I ever had with one, Craig Sharry who is the owner of Texas Pepper Jelly. In 2011, Craig had already been in the TPJ business and in the competition scene pretty heavily…but he had started this whole business about 5 years earlier. Over the years, Craig became quite a fierce and respected BBQ competitor in the Texas ranks and ultimately became the President of the IBCA for a while as well. As of the last interview I heard him do, on The Baseball and BBQ podcast, Craig has removed himself from the competition end of things, HOWEVER, the TPJ business is as strong as ever…and if you haven’t tried it…you are MISSING OUT!!
