9:14 – Leading off the show tonight is the creator of Another Pint Please website (and related internet properties), Mike Lang. As you might recall, Mike and I worked an event here in Northeast Ohio last September and his segments always do well with the audience, so I wanted to bring him in more often in 2023 and we start that tonight! We will cover some of the new Weber products that he has gotten to play around with, talk about some new recipes and also debate some hot topics in the industry right now.

9:35 pm – After Mike, new monthly guest in 2023, the creator of the Cookout News website, Wes Wright, joins me to talk about even more NEW live-fire news. I don’t recall a time in the past 10 years we have seen so much happen and Q1 hasn’t even come to a close yet! Wes and I will cover some of the items we didn’t get to last month and then talk about the companies that are lining up to really disrupt the market with their new products and ideas.
