10:14pm – Kicking of the the 2nd hour is friend of the show and very successful rub, sauce, injection and soak maker, Kosmo from Kosmo’s Q! Last time Kosmo was on we talked about how much money it would take for him to sell the company and we also talked about the business coming out of the pandemic craze. We will get an update on business, if there’s any new offers to buy on the table, where his growth is forecasting in 2023 and we will also talk about the “Kosmo Unfiltered” podcast he has been doing and if he sees that continuing in the future.

10:35pm – Closing the show tonight is the Director of Product Management for Oklahoma Joe’s, Ray Peppiatt. OKJ has been releasing some new products the past few months and tonight we are going to talk about the latest one, The Marshall. We will talk about how long this one has been in development, why they release it now and why they went with a “center firebox” cooker. We will also talk about his background, how he came to OKJ and what it’s like working with 2 other big brands in the WC Bradley umbrella.
