9:14 – Leading off the show tonight is our monthly guest and creator of Amazingribs.com, Meathead. Tonight, the topic of discussion is the difference between “drip pans and water pans”. Before that, or after that, we will talk about the production of his 2nd book and how that’s going. As many of you know, I have been extremely critical of this book and if it is actually going to happen, however, it does appear that I will be proven wrong after 10 years or longer (maybe not that long).

9:35 pm – Also in the first hour is our pal, Robert Moss, the contributing BBQ editor to Southern Living magazine. We have plenty of live-fire topics to discuss that include different cooking styles, different cooking vessels and this whole “4th slice of brisket being the best” that whipped around social media a few weeks back
