9:14 – Leading off the show tonight is our monthly guest and creator of the “How To BBQ Right” brand, Malcom Reed. Tonight, Malcom and I will be addressing a number of topics, not the least of which is getting you ready for the final NFL game of the season. Kansas City is a place known for their great BBQ. Philly is a place known for their cheesesteaks. Malcom and I will discuss which meats are the best to BBQ for a big game like this and then we will discuss the best ways to go about having a successful cheesesteak outing…mix them all together and you have one heck of a feast for Sunday!

9:35 pm – Lakewood, Ohiois a near west suburb of Cleveland and is a city that has no shortage of pizza places! My 2nd guest tonight just threw his hat into the pizza ring and opened up “Boom’s Pizza” two weeks ago to the day! Co-Owner Ben Bebenroth joins me to talk about the first two weeks of business and what his plans are for the rest of the year and beyond. This is Ben’s third time on the show and his previous segments have been stellar. Ben is one of the most passionate food people (and chefs) I know and this segment will have the makings of an instant classic!
