10:14pm – Pulling a back to back, the longest running Embedded Correspondent from Texas (Doug Scheiding) joins me to talk about this past weekend’s San Antonio BBQ Cook-Off. This event continues to grow and has aspirations of becoming a Houston BBQ Cook-Off someday and it might be sooner than later. Rogue Cookers took 14th overall on the weekend with a handful of top 10 calls through the event. Doug will break it down and give us his feedback on the 2023 version of this popular contest.
