9:14 – Leading off the show tonight is a new monthly contributor to the show in 2023 and the creator of the Cookout News website, Wes Wright. We is actually on location this evening and will be joining me from his hotel room vs. his normal set up so we are both hoping that the wifi connection in the hotel is fast enough to accommodate his needs. Wes and I will talk about the latest topics to include some new releases from Traeger, where he sees the flattop market going this year and what he has planned for the first part of 2023 both from an online perspective and an “in-person” perspective.
