9:14 – Leading off the show tonight is a LONG time friend and a BBQ Central Show Guest HOF’er! Bob Trudnak comes on to hype up his appearance/attendance at the 2023 NBBQA national convention in February. Bob is going to give a class that weekend so we will what his agenda is and what you can expect as a potential participant. We will also talk about his new pizza dough coming out as well as get his thoughts on full-sized electric grills. Bob is always a great interview and tonight promises to be great!

9:35 pm – After Bob I will be joined by regular guest, Derrick Riches. Tonight Derrick and I will finally discuss the topic of “Blue Steak” which has sat on my agenda for nearly 2 years. We will cover the whole deal from start to finish! With whatever time we have left, we will hit some other topics as well so stay tuned!
