10:14 – Kicking off the 2nd hour is Michigan Embedded Correspondent, Jon Solberg. Last year, Texas EC Doug Scheiding, joined me to talk about how he has successfully grown his IG account. Tonight, Jon joins me to talk about his, perhaps surprising agreement, to get paid by Instagram to do reelz. Now, this might now be specific to him, however, we will talk all about how the opportunity presented itself and what kind of money he is really making at it. Many of you are looking for a side hustle to generate a few extra bucks and this might be our ticket!

10:35pm – Closing the show tonight is a long time fan of the show and relatively new guest, Joe Martinez from Smokin’ Joe’s Pit BBQ. Joe was on for the first time last year talking about the mayo binder brisket he cooked. He mentioned in the segment that he was also toying around with leaving his real day job to pursue his dream of a BBQ food trailer. Tonight, we start our new “podumentary” with Joe! Last year we did one with our pal Rusty Monson at Salt City BBQ and Joe will join me 4 times this year to talk about his life as a BBQ food trailer owner. He has committed to sharing all of his information with us in order to help those of you who are considering doing something similar in the future!
