9:14 – We start off 2023 the way we have the past handful of years with a visit from one of the most popular BBQ/Grilling personalities around, Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right! We will breakdown his holiday season, see if he got any great gifts and what he plans to do in the first part of 2023.

9:35 pm – After Malcom, I will be joined with the owner of the NBBQA and The Barbecue News, Kell Phelps. Around the middle of last year, Kell and his wife bought NBBQA and have been hard at work trying to get it to the next level of success. Next month, the annual NBBQA conference will take place in Orlando. We will see how the first handful of months have gone for Kell and the team and we will also preview the upcoming conference to see why you should consider attending!
