(November 1, 2022 – Hour Two)

10:14 – The biggest YouTube star I know stops by for his monthly visit. I thought we were going to miss each other the past 2 months but the logistic gods were in the show’s favor and Sam The Cooking Guy is here and ready to go. Tonight we will discuss his recent trip to Japan and South Korea and which country has the better food overall and which one he would go back to next month if I was paying for it (but I’m not). We will also see what Sam’s plans for Thanksgiving are and we will talk about a few of his latest YT recipes.

10:35pm – Helping me close the show tonight is the product manager at Camp Chef and he’s a first time guest as well, Cade Huskinson! As we have talked about the past few months, there are new things coming to market that could be real “things” in 2023! Cade will talk about the new offering from Camp Chef, the “Woodwind Pro” unit that is a pellet cooker but it also has a bonus wood drawer for added smoke flavor. Cade will break it all down for us and also give us a look into 2023 adnw hat we can expect from Camp Chef!
