9:14pm – This past weekend was the Hartville Hardware Grillfest and I was lucky enough to be the emcee again this year. Tonight we will lead off the show with a big recap of the event, who was there, what was cooked and what happens at this event during the course of a Saturday. There are great deals to be had, great food to be sampled and a lot of great people who are fans of bbq/grilling.

9:35pm – First time guest and owner of Truth BBQ in Houston, TX, Leonard Botello IV, joins me to talk about the history and growth of Truth. Now in 2 different locations and making the TMBBQ Top 50 list in both locations. This past Top 50 list, Truth took the 3rd overall spot, so we’ll talk about what it’s like to make the list and how it changes your operation!
