Talking you back to 8/18/2015 – This week we feature the one and only (to date) interview that I have done with new BBQ darling, Ernest Servantes…I say new for the folks who only know of Ernest recently due to the major success and rave reviews of his restaurant (Burnt Bean BBQ) in Seguin, TX. However, Ernest has been in the BBQ game a LONG time…when he was really competing, he was very successful, he’s spent time in fine dining restaurants…to put it simply, Ernest can flat out cook in any form or fashion. This was a great look into who Ernest was at the time (well before the restaurant) and what he was looking to do in the years ahead. However, I think what you will hear most clearly is how good and humble of a guy Ernest is…even back in 2015!
