10:14 – In an effort to catch up on another guest that missed his last regular appearance, Daniel Vaugh and I will talk about a number of BBQ and Grilling topics that have transpired over the past 3 months. On the agenda tonight will be, of course, The 2022 BBQ HOF, his visit with Robert Moss in Texas, high heat chicken having a “moment” in Texas, burgers showing up in BBQ joints and are BBQ side dishes really THAT important n the grand scheme of BBQ?
