10:14pm – Kicking off the 2nd hour is, perhaps, the most interviewed person over the history of the show. He is an accomplished competition pitmaster, author, TV show guest, pitchman, brand ambassador, BBQ Hall of Fame’er and BBQ Central Show Guest Hall of Fame’er, Dr. BBQ Ray Lampe! Last week the BBQ Hall of Fame was announced and we will break down who got in and why they were deserving of this honor. We will also talk about the new things Ray has going on in his BBQ career, what the status of Dr. BBQ’s restaurant is and what he has coming up for us to keep an eye out for!
