9:14pm – Perhaps one of my favorite “new” guest finds in the past 12 months is the guy who leads the show tonight, Oklahoma Joe Davidson! Joe and I have had a great first 2 interviews tracking his rise in the live-fire industry ultimately leading to his induction into the BBQ Hall of Fame a few years ago. Tonight we talk about the explosions of pellet cookers in the market, why people love them and what makes the Oklahoma Joe’s line of pellet cookers a brand you should consider if you’re looking to add one to the backyard this year!

Not only do we get a history lesson on this company, we will also talk about their latest product to hit the market, the NEEVO 720 Plus Smart Grill!
