From 5/20/2011 – being featured this week is a guy named Doug Killilea, who at the time, was a backyard BBQ enthusiast and a guy who actually came to the BBQ Central Show Studio and laid it down in person! I am not sure where Doug is today, but I hope he is doing well and I hope he is still letting the smoke roll!
