Let’s build on that momentum and talk to Meathead tonight about combustion as we rekindle our “BBQ Science with Meathead” talks that we had been running the beginning of the year. I might also ask him about the new book and the BBQ Hall of Fame.

Last month I challenged Robert to try mayo on the outside of his bread while making a grilled cheese…what is the head to head verdict? We will also talk a bit about the BBQ Hall of Fame and where it sits in the live fire world right now especially as more and more BBQ Halls of Fame are announced or alt least being talked about.
