9:14pm – Welcome to February and we welcome in first Tuesday of the month recurring guest, Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right. Over the next 4 months, Malcom and I will be doing a “Individual BBQ Round Table” for his segments as we cover the big 4 BBQ meats and how he does all of them from start to finish! Tonight Ray and I will talk about what it’s like cooking a BBQ contest after a 5 year lay-off and what the results were like and we will also make a MAJOR announcement on the business side of things!
