9:14pm – Opening the last show of January is the unofficial legal counsel of The BBQ Central Show, Suzann Moskowitz. Last time Suzann was on we talked a lot about Trademarks, what they are and why you would want to consider one for your business. this time around we tackle “copyrights” and what those are, how they are enforced and, of course, why you would want that kind of protection depending on what you do. This will be another great segment with all kinds of great info!

9:35pm – After Suzann, I will be joined by 4th Tuesday of the month regular guest, Derrick Riches We missed Derrick at the end of the year so we will do a little catch up with him and then press into some of the burning topics of the day, not the least of which is the new Weber Genesis gas grill line that was announced on this show last week. We will also give commentary on the “Great Weber Meatloaf Controversy of 2022” that you may or may not be aware of.
