9:14pm - Racing through January and where we would usually find the BBQ Icon Steven Raichlen visiting, I had to bump him out a month to secure an interview with Weber's Grillmaster, Dustin Green. Today, Weber unveiled its latest revisions of the flagship Genesis gas grill line and they are touting it as the biggest and most innovative change in the past 15 years. I will ask Dustin all about the revamps, the features and benefits, price points and when we will be able to see these in retail locations.

9:35pm - After Steven, I will welcome back official fitness and health guru for the BBQ Central show, David McDowell.
