9:14pm - We are now well into 2022 and the 2nd Tuesday of the month brings a visit from Meathead at Amazingribs.com. A few weeks ago many people in these parts of the north were complaining that it was "too hot" during Christmas. Well, that has certainly changed as temperatures today here in Cleveland promise to reach 18* (YIKES!!). This kind of weather can really affect your live fire cooking set up, so, tonight Meathead and I will talk all about the best ways to cook in extreme cold to ensure you still achieve great end results!
