9:14pm: The 3rd Tuesday of the month brings a visit from BBQ HOF'er and TV show host (and Icon) Steven Raichlen from Barbecue Bible. You will find an overriding theme tonight which is getting everyone ready for Thanksgiving! On top of the Thanksgiving stuff, we will also talk about his most recent results of shooting the Project Fire TV show which was done in St. Louis. He also featured a number of higher profile social media folks and we will ask him why he picked who he picked. This promises to be a great segment!

9:35pm: Next up, the co-owners of the Pit Barrel Cooker, Noah and Amber Glanville join me to talk about the new accessory they are bringing to market.
